What do my invitees actually get when they join BNO?
They get free access to the BNO community, including networking spaces, business discussions, learning resources, events, and connections with other business owners. There’s no obligation to upgrade, but premium memberships unlock additional tools, websites, CRM features, automations, and ambassador rewards.
Do I need to be a paying member to earn commissions?
Yes. You can invite others at any time, but you’ll only earn commissions if you’re an active premium member yourself. If someone you invited upgrades and you’re not yet premium, you won’t receive the commission — unless you upgrade before they do.
What if someone joins for free but upgrades later — do I still earn?
Yes! As long as you were their original sponsor and you’re a premium member at the time they upgrade, you’ll receive recurring commissions — no matter how long it takes them to upgrade.
How and when do I get paid?
Affiliate commissions are tracked automatically in your Ambassador Dashboard. To allow for refunds, cancellations, and payment verification, commissions are held for 30 days before becoming eligible for payout. Approved commissions are paid monthly to your chosen payment method, and you can track all referrals, commissions, and payment history directly from your dashboard.
Where can I promote my Ambassador link?
Anywhere that’s in line with our brand values — think personal emails, private DMs, social media, blog posts, or your website. Just avoid spammy tactics or unsolicited mass messaging. We provide you with swipe copy and promotional assets to make it easy.
Is there a limit to how many people I can invite?
Nope! You can invite as many people as you like — the more you share, the more you earn. And because your link tracks for life, every referral is a long-term asset.
Do I have to engage with my introductions?
No. However, the most successful Ambassadors actively support the members they introduce. A quick welcome, helping them get started, and encouraging them to participate in the community can improve member retention and help you build stronger relationships. The more value your introductions receive from BNO, the more likely they are to remain active members.
